What's in the product?
Each one of our product listings contains the product ingredients. Please read the listing carefully before purchase.

Who do you post with?
All our products are shipped express via Australia Post. You will receive a notification and tracking when your parcel has been sent

How long does it take to post?
We endeavour to post all orders within 2 days of confirmation. For Australia post lead times and delay notifications please check their website.

Where is my parcel?
Unfortunately once we have posted your goods, they are in Australia post's hands. If you have received tracking details, you are able to follow up with Australia Post. 

Where do you ship?
At this stage we ship Australia wide. Sorry, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

What if my item is faulty?
Please get in touch, we'd love to fix that for you.
